Awhi Ora is a free ‘walk alongside’ support service to help people experiencing distress from underlying social, personal, or physical challenges.
If you are finding it difficult to perform daily tasks or reach your goals, we can help you focus on your wellbeing and what matters most to you.
Contact us if you are feeling stressed, worried about your budget, anxious about work, social situations or relationship problems.
Who can access
People are referred to the service by their GP (Doctor) or social service providers. We also accept referrals from individuals and family members.
